We use your information to operate the Service, process transactions, send onboarding and dispatch communications, generate analytics, and provide customer support.
We do not sell your data. We share information with service providers (e.g., payment and email delivery) only as necessary to operate the Service, and with carriers and customers as part of normal freight operations you initiate.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Access is restricted per tenant, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
We retain your operational data for the life of your account. Upon account termination, you may request export or deletion of your data subject to legal and billing record requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your account manager or support to exercise these rights.
