By accessing or using the TITAN Freight TMS platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
TITAN Freight TMS provides a transportation management platform for freight brokerages, including load management, carrier vetting, dispatch, settlement, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be an authorized representative of your organization to create an account on its behalf.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to upload or transmit malicious content. Carrier and customer data must be handled in accordance with applicable laws and your contractual obligations.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Overages beyond your plan's load limits may incur additional charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TITAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
